Epulse network monitoring service – our own proactive, network monitoring system, Epulse alerts us to problems meaning they can be fixed before our customers even know about them. Unlike other IT support companies, our network monitoring service is included with every support contract at no additional cost.
Your own support desk account – Our It Department has developed its own helpdesk database software which can be accessed through the internet. Every customer can track support issues securely.
